Assessments, training and hands-on support

Every engagement is advisory, fixed in scope and delivered by Adil directly. Start with an assessment, then keep the improvement going with training or part-time leadership.

Compare the five assessments

Each one stands alone and feeds the next. Most clients start with the criticality ranking, because every other decision depends on knowing what matters. If an outage is already 8–16 weeks away, start with the readiness review.

The five KANE assessments compared by when to use them, duration, base scope and deliverables

Scope is defined by what drives the work: asset count, systems reviewed, staff interviewed or outage work orders.

The fee is fixed and confirmed in writing after a short scoping call, before any work starts.

What you get from every engagement

A ranked list of what to fix first

Each finding tied to the risk or cost it carries, so the first dollars go where they matter.

A 90-day plan with owners

Written for the crew and supervisors you have, not an ideal team you don't.

Working files your team keeps

Registers, scorecards and templates you can update yourselves after I leave.

A check-in 30 days later

A short review of progress against the plan, included in the fee.

Supporting capability

Connecting scattered plant information

The answers to most maintenance questions are spread across the CMMS, the historian, drawings, spreadsheets and people's experience. KANE is developing IOPS, an Intelligent Operations Platform for industrial data and AI analysis, to connect that information and turn it into evidence-backed findings that a person reviews before anything is acted on.

  • Consulting comes first. Every recommendation stands on its own. IOPS is never required to get value from an engagement.
  • A handoff you own. Where it helps, an engagement can close with an IOPS-ready handoff: an asset ID crosswalk, source register, action register and metric dictionary, in formats your team can use with any system.
  • Your data stays yours. No client data goes into IOPS without a written scope, approved access and a security review.

Keep the improvement going
