Why KANE exists

To help industrial plants make maintenance planned and reliable, so they produce more, break down less, and the people who keep them running can do their best work.

Maintenance is where production is won or lost, yet it's treated as a cost to cut instead of a capability to build. After 19 years inside plants, Adil started KANE to change that: to give leaders a clear way to run maintenance on purpose instead of in reaction, and to give the crews doing the work an operation that works with them, not against them.

Nineteen years leading maintenance and operations in energy, dairy, chemical and industrial automation, most recently as Maintenance Manager at a 560 MW combined-cycle power plant. His career includes NRG Energy, Danone, Interplastic Corporation and Wonderware.

He has led union maintenance crews and managed specialty contractors through turnarounds and daily work, so his recommendations are built for the team you already have. Every engagement is delivered by Adil directly, using RCM consequence logic, SMRP Best Practice metrics and TPM planned-maintenance practice.
